We have examined the attached Financial Statements being the Balance Sheet and the Income and Expenditure Statement of Women in Science Enquiry Network - WISENET INC - for the period 1 January 1998 to 31 December 1998. Our Audit was conducted in accordance with Australian Auditing Standards and accordingly, included such tests of the accounting records and such other audit procedures as we considered necessary in the circumstances.
In our opinion the attached financial statements are properly drawn up so as to give a true and fair view of WISENET INC as at 31 December 1998 and of the results of the activities for the period 1 January 1998 to 31 December 1998.
The accounting and other records required have been properly maintained.
