We have examined the attached Financial Statement being the Balance Sheet and Income and Expenditure Statement of the Women in Science Enquiry Network - WISENET Inc - for the period 1 January 1997 to 31 December 1997. Our audit was conducted in accordance with Australian Auditing Standards and accordingly, included such tests of the accounting records and such other audit procedures as we considered necessary in the circumstances.
In our opinion the attached financial statements are properly drawn up so as to give a true and fair view of the Women in Science Enquiry Network - WISENET Inc. as at 31 December 1997 and of the results of the activities for the period 1 January 1997 to 31 December 1997.
The accounting and other records required have been properly maintained.
