The 2007 AGM was ended on Thursday 19th April at 5.30pm. The final vote on the constitutional change was 50 votes in favour and none against. Therefore, the constitutional change was passed unanimously. [Click here to see complete document] (posted 25/04/07)
 

The 2007 WISENet AGM had a quorum for routine matters but not to pass the constitutional change. Therefore, the AGM was not formally closed, but moved to a virtual 'forum' to allow members who were not present at the meeting to vote on the constitutional change by email, post, fax or phone.
